An 18-year-old girl identified as Idowu Biletiri has reportedly stabbed her elder brother, Kehinde Biletiri, to death in Igbokoda, headquarters of Ilaje Local Government area of Ondo State.
It was gathered that Idowu allegedly killed her brother after he had questioned her for not sleeping at home the previous day.
The incident has turned the whole community to confusion.
It was learnt that the suspect, Idowu, returned home after some days out, which her now deceased brother queried, seeking to know where she had been since she left home.
The suspect, instead of taking time to explan, reportedly went into the kitchen, took a knife and stabbed her brother to death.
It was learnt that the suspect and her deceased brother were the only ones at home when the incident happened.
Spokesperson of the State Police Command, Mr Tee Leo-Ikoro, confirmed the incident.
The suspect has been arrested by the police and is currently at the Igbokoda police station.
