84m people to vote in 2019

INEC Chairman , Professor Mahmood Yakubu has said that the total registered voters for the 2019 general election is 84, 004, 084.He gave the figure at the Commission’s meeting with the political parties in Abuja, Monday.It was also revealed that Lagos has the highest  number of registered voters followed by Kano and Kaduna state.INEC also revealed that of the registered voters,  18 – 35 years of age formed 50 per cent of  theregistered voters.
