The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, has tied the knot yet again, this time from the East.
Oba Lamidi and his wife were first spotted together last week at the installation of Real Estate Giant, Chief Tomori Williams, as the Aare Onikoyi of Yoruba land.
A veteran Fuji artiste, Wasiu Ayinde known as KWAM 1, also praised the King while singing, mentioning the wife’s name as well. He called her ‘Olori Chioma Adeyemi’.
Recall that this same fuji artiste was rumoured to have slept with one of the monarch’s wives which resulted in the queen moving out of the palace.
Another Queen raised an alarm last year November, claiming that the monarch should be held responsible if anything happens to her and her children as she had left the palace for safety.
The monarch’s latest wife moves to the 13th rank of wives married to the king.
She is the first eastern Yoruba queen married to Oba Lamidi, it doesn’t look like she is yet to embark on the 9-month-program but it should be expected soon as the king doesn’t waste time.
