A Federal High Court in Kano has set aside the ruling of the FCT High Court upholding the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

The court consequently ordered the police and Department of State Service to provide security to the National Chair to resume in his office

Oshiomhole was ordered on Wednesday by Justice Danlami Senchi of a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Jabi to stop parading himself as APC chairman after having been suspended as a member of the party.

The order followed an interlocutory injunction for his suspension.

The former Edo governor has filed for a stay of execution on the court order at the Court of Appeal in Abuja
