The abducted students of Government Secondary School in Jangebe, Zamfara State have been released.
The schoolgirls were on Sunday gathered at the palace of the Emir of Anka, waiting for transportation to Gusau, the state capital.
The state government confirmed their release on Sunday afternoon.
The details of their freedom, as well as the number of those released, are, however, yet to be confirmed.
