Big Brother Naija housemate, Liquorose, has shared her struggle with mental health.
According to her, she has two stages of mental health; one she is aware of, and the one she is still trying to get a name for it.
Sharing her experience during her diary session, she said, “My case was different because I was depressed and I have two stages of mental health issues.
“I’ve kept it to myself for a while. I actually talked about one with friends and all of that and I’ve been able to get myself out of it.
“For the other one, I’m still in the process of trying to get out. I’m sure that after the show, I think I’ll be ready to see a therapist to talk with but I’m having it fine because, during the house.
“I have been able to talk to few people that ‘hey, I’m going through this or that.’ So I feel that more attention should be paid to mental health.”
