It’s no news that the ‘gbas gbos’ promised by the Shine Ya Eye reunion has drastically reduced to ‘gbas’ on the third day.
Much was expected considering how the anticipated reunion had been making waves prior to when the show began. Day 3 started as a continuation from where the previous clip had ended.
It started with Arin and Nini. The two best friends seemed to have something to settle as they went back and forth on each other before they finally had coherent words to give to us.
According to what was disclosed by the two ladies, Nini had gotten offended by a comment made by Arin on Instagram when Nini was still in the house. Arin, who was seen in every of the housemate’s comment sections showing love, happened to have done the same for Cross.
Recall that when in the house, Cross and Nini had their issues where words were raised and insults thrown at each other. Nini, after eviction found the comment and felt disgusted. Why? Because Arin is supposed to be her friend and the loyalty should stand outside the house.
They revealed that no communication was made by Nini after her eviction until four days later when she invited Arin for a friendly date and the issue was brought up. Arin claimed Nini is only making up things because her page was not handled by her at the time the comment was made.
Angel and Maria: These two were still at loggerheads on day 3. Angel decided to bring up Maria’s affair with a married man, Kelvin. Especially since she (Maria) is fond of slut shaming people. Then Maria also clapped back saying Maria is free to say anything she wants to. The light skinned became mute afterwards (or that was what was shown).
Angel and Boma: Ebuka brought up Boma and Angel’s issue and the unthinkable happened. Recall that while in the house, Boma had kissed Angel and had warned her not to disclose their dirty secret to the public. However, Boma had gone downstairs to tell his friend, Pere. Angel equally was downstairs in the midst of other ladies like Tega and Queen.
Ladies Boma had initially shared interest with. A confrontation had ensued between Boma and Angel at the game section of the house where Boma was strident, calling her names.
At the reunion, Boma admitted he was wrong and he apologised to Angel for his actions and the two settled their differences.
