Big Brother Naija Level Up housemate, Chichi, has sued fellow housemate and the winner of the season, Phyna to a lawsuit of N100m for defamation of character.
Recall that during the reunion show, Phyna had stated that Chichi lied about her age and failed marriage. She said the housemate neglected her marriage leading to the death of one of her children because she wanted to be a stripper.
Phyna also claimed that Chichi had a N3.5m liposuction and poisoned her friend on Cyprus before fleeing to Nigeria.
Chichi at the end of the reunion clarified the allegations. She referred to the man in the viral picture as her uncle and that all the other allegations were false.
She has responded to Phyna with a N100m lawsuit demanding a public apology, compensation and a restraining order from making further libellous statements.
