Black New Year in Owo as community loses another prominent son just after death of Akeredolu’s CoP

A prominent indigene of Owo based in the United States of America, Mr. Wilson Sunday Akinmulero, has reportedly died.

A credible source who is the deceased kinsman, Aare Joseph Adekolu, confirmed the news on an Owo WhatsApp platform.

The deceased passed on at the age of sixty.

The news of his death came just a few hours after the Community was turned into mourning over the demise of Barrister Tosin Ogunbodede, the Chief of Protocols to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, who died in a fatal accident last night.

The real cause of Akinmulero’s death is however yet to be known as at the time of filing this report.

Findings reveal that Akinmulero was a California based Owo Indegene, who was into Real Estate business, and had earned himself the title “Oba California” owing to his reputation among his clan in the United States.

The diseased celebrated his 60th birthday 6 months ago.
