Blogger Tosin Silverdam had filed a lawsuit against crossdresser Bobrisky after his previous arrest.
Recall that the crossdresser with a report to the police station had had Tosin invited to the station for questioning.
According to Bobrisky, Tosin had shared a defaming post on his Telegram page about how the crossdresser is using his workers to make money via prostitution.
He posted an alleged video of one of Bobrisky’s workers having sex with a man. He claimed Bobrisky orchestrated the act.
Bobrisky had claimed to have messaged Tosin privately to take the post down and he had refused hence the arrest.
There were several videos about the arrest shown by Bobrisky. In one of the videos and posts, Tosin was explaining to the officer assigned to them about how he praises Bobrisky sometimes on his page.
Tosin also shared videos to debunk rumours that he was arrested.
In a new twist, Tosin on his page has shared that the crossdresser has been served with papers and that he is glad he received it by himself.
The court date is slated to be held in May 2023 according to the blogger.
His post read, “Hello guys, so yesterday Bobrisky was served a letter. Bobrisky has been sued, our court date is in May.
“The letter was delivered to him yesterday in his Bera Estate residence. I was so happy he was the one that received the letter him/her self from the bailiff.
“Thanks to my lawyers and management.. Its better we take this matter to court.
His caption read, “I don’t need to post receipt to prove anything because that’s not how to fight. You move in silence. I’ll be updating you guys on the necessary details.”
