Long term Sudanese leader Omar al-Bashir has been toppled in what appeared to be a military coup.
The embattled leader who is on war crime charges by the International Criminal Court (ICC) reportedly resigned on Thursday amidst pressure from the military following daily widespread protests against his 30-year rule by Sudanese.
Agency reports claim he resigned and fled to Saudi Arabia.
