Popular journalist, Aisha Bello Mustapha of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) is dead.
The devastating news of the retired broadcaster was announced on Monday, December 11, 2023.
The family in a statement described the late broadcaster as a kind-hearted person who they would greatly miss.
A funeral prayer had been made for her remains at the Central Mosque, Abuja.
The statement read, “Innalilahi wa inna Alaihin Rajiun. May Allah forgive our Mother Hajia Aishat Bello Mustapha. Mama, indeed, you are a very kind-hearted person. We will miss you and hope you are enjoying Rahma.”
Aisha ended her 35 years of active broadcasting service in the media in May 2022.
The cause of death is yet to be revealed. Her death however had generated several people mourning on social media.
