President Muhammadu Buhari will visit Nasarawa State on a two-day working visit, starting form February 17.
Governor Abdullahi Sule disclosed this on Thursday during the first state expanded executive council meeting.
According to the state governor, President Buhari is billed to be in Nasarawa State on February 17 and 18.
Governor Sule, therefore, said adequate preparation is being put in place to welcome the President.
“With that announcement, there are certain things we have to put in place, to accord the President a deserved welcome,” he stated.
He commended members of the state executive council, particularly commissioners, who are doing their best to assist the administration to deliver dividends of democracy to the people.
The governor expressed his satisfaction with the performance of some of the commissioners who hit the ground running after their inauguration.
