Grammy award winner, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, has launched his own magazine following his seventh studio album ‘I Told Them’.
The album was released on August 25, 2023. The artiste poured his emotions about his journey into the album.
He has also made history as the first Nigerian artiste to launch his magazine titled ‘I Told Them’.
‘I Told Them’ Magazine is a publication that has garnered the fans of the artiste to queue for his newest display of innovation and creativity. It is making its name home and abroad since the release.
The singer has also been trending on interviews about the popular genre in Nigeria. In some of his interviews, he described Afrobeat to be a genre without substance.
He stated that he created Afro-fusion to stand out. He also referenced Afrobeat legend, Fela, in some of his interviews.
