The court has dismissed David Adefeso’s restraining order against his ex, Tamar Braxton, for not showing up at the given time.
Recall that last September, the actor, David Adefeso, filed a restraining order on Tamar after he alleged a domestic violence incident had occured between them.
According to a news report, neither David nor Tamar showed up in court on Tuesday so the case has been dissolved.
David filed a restraining order on Tamar in Los Angeles after he claimed that Tamar attacked him while he was driving and alleged that she threatened to kill him.
However, Tamar denied the allegations when she appeared on the Tamron Hall Show. She also claimed David was never physical with her. She said, “It was difficult for both of us.”
