A Sharia Court sitting in Magajin Gari, Kaduna on Monday, gave two men, Jibril Ali and Hussaini Ibrahim, two weeks to pack out of a house belonging to a traditional ruler.

The judge, Musa Sa’ad- Goma, gave the order, following an application filed by the complainant, Mr Muhammad Sani, praying the court to compel the defendants to leave the house under his care.

Sa’ad-Goma gave them two weeks ultimatum to pack out of the house.

Sani had earlier told the court that the defendants lived in the house owned by a member of the Suleja Emirate Council, located on No BZ 38, Abuja Road, Kaduna and refused to pay.

On their part, the defendants prayed the court to give them more time to get another place before evacuating from the house. .
