Award winning artiste, Davido and his first babymama, Sophia Momodu, seem to be back to their on and off online feud over co-parenting.
The mother of Davido’s first child, Imade, took to Twitter hours ago to call the other gender out for trying to manipulate women.
She said a man who financially bullies a woman to remain with him when she has clearly moved on is a disgusting thing. We went on in a series of tweets blasting the recipient of her shade.
Sophia questioned the system for not having certain laws in favour of women especially while co-parenting.
Although she didn’t state the man she is referring to, many assumed it is Davido, especially with the child involved.
Her series of tweets read, “Financially bullying a woman into staying with you has got to be the most disgusting thing a man can do. Especially when children are involved.
“There’s got to be a special place in hell for people who intentionally punish innocent children. It’s been almost a year. Enough is enough!!!!
“Only in Nigeria! The laws don’t protect women or children, and the men just do the absolute most! My goodness, the whole system just stinks!
“The amount of women going through financial abuse & being forced into silence in Nigeria is staggering. Who speaks for these women? Who defends them? Why is it ok for women to keep going through this?”
In reaction to this, Davido posted a screenshot of one of his recent single ‘Unavailable’ with “I no get time for wahala.” In another post, he repeated the words saying he is in Ibiza. He wrote, “I no get time for wahala I dey IBIZA. No vex.”
Sophia fumed seeing this and fired back. She gave the artiste a stern warning or she will reveal the tea. “Don’t you dare ? or imma set it on all ?.”
