Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State has appointed Khalil Nur Khalil as the executive secretary of Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency.
The governor’s spokesman, Muyiwa Adekeye, announced the appointment in a statement on Monday following cabinet reshuffle.
Recall that eight of the 14 commissioners swapped portfolios.
Before his new appointment, Khalil, 28, was the agency’s director of investment intelligence.
He has been with the agency since 2018.
Khalil is a first-class graduate from the Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, his LinkedIn profile says.
