The Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II, has expressed her concern over issues raised considering the globally televised interview had by the Duke and Duchess of sussex with media icon, Oprah Winfrey , including shocking allegations of racism.
Meghan has revealed shocking allegations concerning racist commentary and other racially charged queries about her son, Archie, before he was born.
Buckingham Palace broke its customary silence saying the issue would be seriously addressed by the royal family.
According to the cryptic press release, the royal family is sad hearing the report made and would be privately investigate it.
According to the statement made on behalf of the Queen, “Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
The short statement was released on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
It reads, “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.
“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.
“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
The British royal family has over generations had many scandals and rifts which have broken open, including the abdication of King Edward, who had to choose between the Crown and his American lover, horrific marital experience and ghastly death of Harry’s mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, involvement of Elizabeth’s second son, Prince Andrews with jailed American socialite pedophile Epstein who ostensibly committed ‘suicide’ in a New York prison.
The British hold their royal family in high esteem and have tended to overlook a string of misconduct by the royals. However, global attention has turned on Buckingham Palace upon the revelation of racism, victimization and ostracism of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the only interracial couple amongst the Windsors.
