Suspected bandits invaded Kudendan community, in Kaduna State, around 1.00 a.m. on Tuesday, and kidnapped a Catholic Church priest, identified as Reverend Fr. Joseph Akeke.
The gunmen shot sporadically, leaving residents in confusion.
Two security guards were killed before gaining access to the Reverend Father’s house, according to reports.
A woman and her two children were also kidnapped alongside the priest.
