Afrobeat star, Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, popularly known as Iyanya, has revealed how his colleague, Kcee, had helped his career.
In a recent interview with Naija FM 102.5, the singer said Kcee had accommodated him in his house for the first two years in Lagos.
He said the singer had also been the one to purchase his first ticket to bring him from Calabar to Lagos.
Iyanya states how close they are and how Kcee is a better dancer than himself.
“Kcee was the person who bought me my first ticket from Calabar to Lagos. And I stayed with Kcee for two years.
“So, na Kcee na him whine waist pass. I dey tell you since you no want hear na. We were together this morning before I came for this interview.”
The singer made his major break in the industry with his hit song ‘Kukere’ in 2013.
