Award winning Afrobeat singer, Daniel Benson, known as BNXN, stated that he is aiming for a legendary status like a Grammy recognition and award.
He said this in an interview with Teen Vogue Magazine. According to him, he said he is aiming for something greater than the Headies Next Rated award.
He said he is looking into legendary status even if it means that he would not be getting a Grammy award.
BNXN said, “Nice to get (Headies Award) but not something I’m really hoping for. I’m going to get a Grammy just doing what I do.
“I’m looking for legendary status. I want to enjoy this and take it to the highest level possible, Grammy or not.”
He described Burna Boy as a beast who he hopes to learn from.
The ‘Finesse’ crooner said, “There’s a whole lot I’ve got to understand and experience. He is a beast.
“He’s someone who’s so focused, especially when it comes to the craft itself.”
