Bello El-Rufai, son of Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, says he does not own a Rolls-Royce.
Mr El-Rufai stated this on Monday in reply to a Twitter user who urged him to do a giveaway.
He wrote: “I don’t have a Rolls-Royce. Even the small IGR Kaduna has generated came from their oil money. So I can’t do giveaway until they grant the permission.”
Replying another Twitter user who tried to persuade him, he wrote: “Sir, with Kaduna’s oil IGR. Baba is on Twitter. I will bashed on two sides (sic). Their oil money. I am spoilt rich kid.”
El-Rufai clashed with a Twitter user in mid-April over President Donald Trump’s handling of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States in relation to President Muhammadu Buhari’s management of the pandemic in Nigeria.
