The Kwara State Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq has declared Wednesday, a work-free day to enable civil servants to get their Permanent Voter Cards, (PVCs) from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The Kwara State Head of Service, Mrs Susan Modupe Oluwole announced this in a statement on Tuesday in Ilorin.
“All those that are yet to get their voter cards are admonished to immediately do so before the expiration of the collection date,” she stated.
Meanwhile INEC has insisted that there will be no further extension of the date for the collection exercise.
