The naira exchanged at N470 to a dollar on Friday, December 25th, 2020 in the parallel market. This was the same rate on Thursday, December 24th 2020.
The British pound Sterling also closed at ₦615/₤1 on Friday, December 25th 2020 same as its ₦615/₤1 closing figure on Thursday, December 24th 2020.
Similarly the European euro maintained its N565 rate to the naira on Friday which was same as Thursday, December 24th 2020.
Recall that the parallel market data is a product of information from black market operators in the Lagos Island Business District and the Ikeja Central Business Districts popular for forex trades and usually may be slightly different from individual buying and selling rates.
