Nollywood filmmaker, Chico Ejiro, passed on Christmas day.
According to a news report, Ejiro died on Friday by 2am, December 25, 2020.
The filmmaker was popular for his blockbuster movies in the 90s, and is survived by his spouse, Joy C.Ejiro, and four children.
The Isoko born filmmaker died in the early hours on Christmas day.
It is believed Ejiro passed away after a seizure. He has been in and out of hospital for an undisclosed illness in recent weeks.
The actor is known as Mr Prolific, his nickname.
Nollywood Actors like Uche Jombo, Femi Jacobs have reacted on twitter about the passing on of the Veteran filmmaker.
Femi Jacobs in his tweet said, “May God comfort the family and friends of Mr Chico Ejiro. Amen. Sad news indeed.”
Others like Ebuka, Ben Murray-Bruce, and J.J Omojuwa also reacted to his death.
