Foremost human rights activist, lawyer and politician, Olusola Nehemiah Ebiseni, has reportedly been named General Secretary and spokesman of apex Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere.
Ebiseni takes over the role of spokesman from Yinka Odumakin who passed away of coronavirus complications on April 3.
Born and raised in Ogun state, Ebiseni is from Ilaje, in Ondo State.
A three-time commissioner, the lawyer contested and lost the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) primary last year.
He brings a vast wealth of experience in politics, activism and humanitarian services to the Yoruba body.
