The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ward Collation agent in Katsina Ala local government area of Benue state, Eunoch Mason Atsehe, slumped and died while performing his duty at the Collation centre in Katsina-Ala.
Late Atsehe hails from Mbacher council ward of Shitile in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area.
The cousin of the deceased, who was former Commissioner in Benue State, Mr Terfa Ihindan, confirmed the incident.
His body was deposited in the morgue, as the news of unfortunate event has thrown party faithful in a pensive mood.
