Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Ray J speaks after 14 years in the shadow, saying the release of the 2007 sex tape was a partnership with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
In an interview with Daily Mail, On Wednesday, May 4, Ray J said “I have sat in the shadows for over 14 years allowing the Kardashians to use my name, to abuse my name, make billions of dollars over a decade and a half talking about a topic i’ve never really spoken about”
On an episode of the new Hulu show, the Kardashian revealed that Kim’s ex-husband, Kanye West, flew to Los Angeles overnight to take the remaining footage of Kim and Ray J sex tape from Ray J himself.
Last week, Ray J appeared to deny Kim’s claims in the episode by commenting on a clip that was posted on Instagram by Hollywood Unlocked.
Ray J explained to Daily Mail “When i put on the comments that all of this was a lie, i didn’t mean Kanye West coming to meet with me about some second sex tape” Ray J said. “I mean all of this is all a lie. From the beginning of us putting this sex tape out, this has been the biggest lie in the industry in the history of entertainment”
The Love & Hip Hop Hollywood alum also provided screenshots of a conversation between him and Kim about scenes from her new reality show, pleading with her to stop promoting the narrative that he leaked their sex tape.
During the interview, Ray J denied leaking the sex tape, he said “I have never leaked anything, i have never leaked a sex tape in my life. It has never been a leak, its always been a deal and a partnership between Kris Jenner and Kim and me and we have always been partners since the beginning of this thing”
