Afrobeat singer, Ayo Balogun, also known as Wizkid, has upset some of his fans who felt disappointed over the artiste’s absence at a concert.
The fans in Accra were seen in several posts on their social media venting their anger.
Some videos showed fans leaving the event after the artiste refused to show up. Some stated that they waited for seven hours hoping the artiste would show up but he didn’t.
The singer wasn’t the only one who didn’t perform. Ghanaian singers, R2Bees and King Promise were missing on stage as well.
This is coming just days after his interview became viral, causing a three-day meltdown of rappers who felt offended by the artiste’s comment about their genre.
