Reps urge Aviation College to increase tuition to N14m

Factual Pursuit of Truth for Progress

A call has been made by House of Representatives Committee on Finance to the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria to increase their school fees to N14m.

According to the committee, the fees should be increased considering the fact that its competitor in Ilorin, Kwara State, charges N22.5m.

The panel held an interactive session on the Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper with the college authorities on Thursday.

The Head of Quality Assurance of the College, Ibrahim Hirse, gave a presentation before the committee while stating that the college was unable to increase the fees of the college because the government wanted to allow the masses to attend the school.
