Some suspected kidnappers this morning attacked the Federal College of Forestry in Kaduna State, abducting several female students.
The college is located few metres away from the Nigerian Defence Academy in the Mando area of Kaduna State.
Channels TV quoted the spokesman of the State Police Command, Mohammed Jalige, to have confirmed the development.
It claimed that Jalige said the attackers invaded the college located at Mando area in the outskirts of Kaduna metropolis at about 3 am and abducted some students.
The platform, however, noted that the police didn’t reveal the exact number of students abducted.
This comes days after Governor Nasir El-Rufai insisted that the state would neither negotiate or grant amnesty to bandits.
