Marc Agnifilo, attorney of disgraced American rapper and music entrepreneur, Sean Combs, nicknamed Diddy, has explained why 1,000 bottles of baby oil were seized at his client’s Beverly Hills residence in March during a raid by Federal officers.

Federal officials had alleged the items were intended for use in orgies known as “freak offs.”

However, speaking in a new TMZ Studios documentary, ‘The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment’, the rapper’s lawyer said that the 1,000 baby oils were for family usage, adding that Diddy obtained massive volumes of baby oil because he liked purchasing in bulk.

“He has a big house, he buys in bulk. I assume they have Costcos in every place where he has a home,” Agnifilo explained.

The lawyer also argued that Diddy’s “Freak Offs” were often threesomes, with Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie and another male and not orgies as claimed by Federal officials.

It was stated that Diddy was just arrested by Homeland Security on allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and interstate transportation for prostitution.

Diddy has rejected all the charges, entering a not-guilty plea on Tuesday, 17 September.

However, the Bad Boy Records’ boss’ bail request was refused twice.

He has been reportedly placed on suicide watch amid his trial.
