26-year-old lady, Iniobong Umoren, who was lured to a fake job interview, raped, murdered and buried in a shallow grave has been laid to rest.
Recall that the suspect, Frank, was arrested after Ini’s friend raised an alarm on Twitter, claiming her friend is not returning her calls.
The slain job seeker has finally been laid to rest today, Friday, May 14, 2021, in her hometown, in Nung Ita Ikot Obio Enin Atai area of Akwa Ibom State.
The suspect and his father were earlier paraded today, but heavily escorted by the police.
Iniobong Umoren’s funeral was attended by family and friends who came to pay their last respect in sorrowful tears.
