Popular Nollywood actor, Chinwetaluagu Agu, has been arrested by soldiers.
The veteran actor was arrested in Upper Iweka area of Onitsha, Anambra State for putting on an outfit with colors of the Biafran flag.
He was crowded before warning shots were fired in the air by the soldiers. He was then dragged and manhandled by the Soldiers who took him away.
Last Month, Agu went viral on social media after wearing an outfit made of the Biafran flag. Many Nigerians had reacted on social media that “nothing must happen” to the popular actor.
The Biafran flag is the official emblem of South-East Separatist group, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, led by Nnamdi Kanu.
The group has been proscribed by the Federal government over their demands to exist as a country of their own.
