Ibadan-based comedian, Tobi Owomoyela Nifemi also known as Peteru Comedy, has died.
The funny comedian was reported to have died on Wednesday, December 21.
Nollywood actor, Muyiwa Ademola, posted the news on his Instagram page. He stated that he died of cancer.
The family also confirmed from complications from colon cancer. They have asked for privacy and time to mourn their loss.
The skit maker had been posting and reacting to his followers till November 1 on his page.
Prior to that, he had announced his father’s funeral arrangements on his page in September.
His father had died in August. Reports state that Peteru comedy is the only son of seven children.
He was to remarry in 2023. Peteru is survived by his mother, his son and his siblings.
