Sources said solutions to the persistent farmer-herder crisis would be discussed at the meeting with Tinubu.
Since 1999, farmer-herder conflicts in Nigeria have claimed thousands of lives as disputes over arable land resources between herders and farmers festers in the country’s North Central.
The last few years saw the heights of the crisis especially in the Northwest and North central.
President Tinubu had promised to end this crisis if voted into power.
