The Presidential Election Tribunal Wednesday in Abuja confirmed President Muhammadu Buhari as winner of the February 2019 presidential election.
The five-member tribunal presided over by its chairman Justice Garba Mohammed, who also read the Judgment dismissed “in its entirety” the petitions of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate in the election, Atiku Abubakar, challenging the re-election of Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
