One of the members of the defunct band, Plantashun Boiz, Blackface, has revealed reasons for his reconciliation with Tuface.
According to him, life is too short to waste time hating on one another for too long. He also claimed that he did that to be at peace with himself.
Recall that the trio were seen performing at Sound Sultan’s tribute gathering held to honour their late friend.
Blackface, in an interview with Saturday Beats, said, “I did not feel boxed into a corner by any means.
“It was a spontaneous reaction and we all know that holding grudges does not help anyone because life is too short. I am at peace with myself and I want him (2baba) to be at peace with himself too.”
The group disbanded in 2014, and Tuface and Faze went solo. However, Blackface accused Tuface of stealing his song, “African Queen”, and has since been in disagreement until they were seen together at Sound Sultan’s tribute night.
