Popular comedian, Josh Alfred, also known as Josh2funny, has given reasons his ailment took so long to treat.
The comedian, who had shared a post about treating his 11-year-old illness with a successful surgery on Wednesday, has shared reasons it took so long.
According to him, it wasn’t due to lack of money but because some illnesses take that time to heal up or it takes that long to find permanent solutions to it.
Although he didn’t disclose the name of the ailment, he thanked his wife for being with him all through the process.
In an interview with Sunday Scoop, he said, “There are some ailments that take very long to get to the stage where they can be gotten rid of.
“Although I had been treating it over the years and money was not the problem, it required enough time. However, I am glad I am now rid of it.
“I prefer not to reveal the nature of the ailment, please. I would like to keep that to myself. I am just glad I survived it.
“My wife gave me all the support a woman can give her husband.
“She encouraged me and bolstered my confidence all through the process. My wife never gave up on me; she has always been by my side.”
