Veteran actor, Obinna Nwafor, also known as Saint Obi, and his wife, Lynda Amobi, are battling for the custody of their children following a divorce suit.
The actor, who is not new to divorce, has claimed that there is an attempt on his life by his estranged wife over custody.
This is according to a lawsuit filed by the actor’s lawyers in Suit No: HCT/128/2019.
The actor had dragged his wife to the High Court of Ota, Ogun State in the presence of the counsel for the actor, Ayobami O. Ajibola, for the dissolution of their marriage.
He also claimed that the children do not have access to him as his estranged wife has them in the custody of the Nigeria Police Force.
The 56-year-old tied the knot with Lynda in December 2006 in Anambra State.
