The Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, has commissioned his first project to mark the begining of his second term.

Akeredolu, on Thursday, commissioned a 14-kilometer road in Idanre, which links the community to the state capital, Akure.

The Governor appreciated the people of the town for their supports in making the work a reality.

Akeredolu said that the road he has just constructed and commissioned is to bring an ease of life to the people of the community and the state in general.

He therefore ordered that no road should be converted for party ceremony.

Meanwhile, the traditional ruler of the town, Oba Fredrick Aroloye, thanked the governor for opening up the town to the state capital and promised more support for him as he journeys through the second term.

Some of the dignitaries present at the event include Engr Adé Adetimehin, the state APC Chairman, Royal Fathers, and other party Chieftains.
