Akeredolu gives message of hope as Owo residents celebrate Governor’s second term

People from all walks of life gathered today at the Ọwọ township mosque as part of activities marking the second term ceremony of Gov Rotimi Akeredolu, who was sworn in on Wednesday as the 6th elected governor.

Some of those in attendance are: the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Oleyelogun, all former commissioners, top government functionaries and Royal fathers.

Akeredolu, while thanking the good people of the state, promised that more developmental project will be implemented compare to what he did during his first term

In his speech, the governor thanked all and sundry for their endurance and cooperation towards his re-election back to the seat.

He urged the people not to be too far from him in advising and putting him through in some activities of the state.

Akeredolu said his second term will be greater than the first term, and promised to do far better compare to all he did earlier.

He, therefore, concluded that, Ondo State will be better than he met it and that all infrastructural development will be worked upon.
