American rapper, Lil Loaded, dies at 20

American rapper, Dashawn Robertson also known as Lil Loaded, is dead at 20.

According to a news source, the rapper died this weekend, Sunday, May 30 in Dallas County.

The Dallas County medical examiner’s office confirmed his death on Monday, May 31, his cause of death is yet to be ascertained.

However, his attorney, Ashkan Mehryari, in a statement told a news source that his client’s cause of death was suicide.
“Sadly, I am able to confirm that Mr Robertson passed away today.”

Mehryari described his death as ‘tragic’. “He had a very bright and promising music career ahead of him.”

The artiste posted an ominous message before his death. He said, “Dear most high, please forgive me for my shortcomings and all of the times I’ve fell short of making you proud.

“I ask for entrance into your kingdom thru all of my mistakes. I know you love all your children, and I’m ready for my heart and soul to join you.”

Just last year, the rap artiste was arrested on murder charges related to the death of his best friend, Khalil Walker, who was shot in October 2020. Lil Loaded, was before his death, on bail bond.

Lil Loaded’s death comes days after his 2019 song, ‘6locc 6a6y’ was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America on May 25, 2021.

He announced this on his Instagram page and wrote, “6LOCC 6A6Y Certified Gold… Who runnin dis – like me … dopest fanbase on earth.”

The music video for the song has amassed about 29 million views on YouTube.
The late rapper was signed to Epic Records.
