American rapper, Lil Mosey, has been declared wanted after he failed to appear in a court hearing for his alleged rape case.
Lil Mosey was arrested weeks ago and charged with a second-degree rape and was supposed to appear in court on Wednesday.
A woman, in January, had claimed she and her girlfriend had gone to a cabin to see Mosey but they ended up getting raped by him and another man.
However, one of the alleged victims confessed to have consented to having sex with Mosey in a vehicle but she reported to have blacked out afterward in the cabin after drinking White Claws and champagne. A while later, Mosey got on top of her and was pushing her legs up and apart while he was having sex with her.
She said she had pain in her leg muscles while Mosey was pushing her legs. Going on with her story, she claimed she blacked out again, only to wake up to see Mosey’s friend forcing himself on her.
The woman claimed she suffered injuries, including bruising on her arm, neck and inner knee.
Most discriminating evidence of all was the message she got from one of the people at the party. She claimed the rumour was that the guys were talking about “training two girls”.
Mosey will likely be given a sentence of lifetime in prison if found guilty.
