The 9th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award, AMVCA, has finally made it to the calendar of 2023. The most prestigious award night was held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Eko hotel, Lagos.
The event had wins like Broda Shaggi, Bimbo Ademoye, Tobi Bakre, Diane’s Ricordi and many more.
Major wins of the night include legend Patience Ozokwor winning the Industry Merit Award, movie Anikulapo going home with five awards, Brotherhood with four awards. There were also controversies from the night.
