Several actors and fans have spoken on the trending topic concerning Yomi Fabiyi’s new movie, ‘Oko Iyabo’.

Nollywood actress, Dayo Amusa, shared her opinion on the movie.

According to her, she has been aphonic on the issue since the case started but will no longer be, with the recent act made by Fabiyi.

Amusa wrote, “In as much as I choose not to speak openly about the ongoings but there are issues one must not keep quiet on. Seeing a video of a movie by Yomi Fabiyi today has proved how much of a shame and insensitive he is. You even had the effrontery to share the movie link with me on WhatsApp.

“I don’t judge people as I believe we all see things and react to situations differently but Under no circumstances should someone’s pain and tribulation be turned into a thing of mockery. Yomi just proved how much he lacks empathy.

“To what extent if I may ask. TAMPAN, Censors Boards and the court of law shouldn’t shy away from this. Ilu ti o sofin ni ko si ese. Anje ekuru ko tan! I am disappointed. LETS BE GUIDED O.”

Ace actress, Mercy Aigbe, spoke on the issue as well. She said she has rebuked the actor on phone calling him a disgrace. She also took to her Instagram page yesterday to blast Yomi.

In a text picture she posted, she wrote. “Like I said to you over the phone, you are a DISGRACE.”

“How on earth would you make mockery of someone’s agonizing pain! How???

“Only a wicked soul would do that’ll!! Just that particular scene I saw of your movie is utterly distasteful and disgusting!“

Another actress, Temitope Solaja, lamented on the disgrace Yomi ushered into the movie industry. She also spoke on how uncultured and shameful Yomi is to have made the video.

She said, “I am not one to speak out of place, but their are issues one must not keep quiet on. This is one of those issues. Yomi Fabiyi today proved just how much of a shame he is. Under no circumstances should someone’s pain and tribulation be turned into a thing of mockery.

“You have proven with this act that you are uncultured, lack empathy, and you remain the face of what is wrong with Nigeria today when it comes to sexual molestation.

“This movie is shameful and is not a work of art. If you had any self respect and dignity you would take it down ASAP. For someone who claims to be a father, I am disappointed in you 100 100 100 100 10 you know you’ve been blocked a long time ago, so I don’t need to tag you. Do the needful.”

Some fans have reacted to this as well. Some appeared under the comment section of their celebrities and some in the comment sections of popular blogs.

One of Mercy Aigbe’s fan commented, “I knew from the beginning that he wasn’t supporting Baba Ijesha truthfully, he was just doing so because he wanted to cash out. The way God will punish him, it will be in a special way.”

Another fan commented under a popular blog, “Shame on the producer of the movie and actors who read the scripts and accepted to play the roles. It’s quite unfortunate that the matter is being handled this way. It’s totally wrong.”

Actress Ada Umeh reacted under Tonto’s page, she said, “I just wan start to insult the mumu, na control I no get for now.”

She continued under a fan’s post to say, “You dey speak my language you this boy. Thank you very much.”

This was after the man disagreed with Tonto Dikeh’s use of ‘soft words’ on Yomi.

According to the man, Tonto should insult him since one can not physically harm the actor for his scandalous acts.
