Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Maria, turned down a special movie date from Liquorose, claiming that she can’t be around fake people.
Big brother housemate, Liquorose, became the fifth head of house and was granted a movie date. She was then asked to pick five housemates to join her.
She picked Maria, Whitemoney, Emmanuel and Tega for the movie night at the Executive Lounge.
However, Maria declined the offer, stating that she can’t be in the midst of fake people who laugh behind her but expect her to remain in their midst.
She said, “Ask Biggie if you can pick someone else. I don’t want. You people should pick. Honestly, it’s nothing. My mind is not there to watch film.
“I don’t want to kill it for you people. Ask Biggie if they can pick someone else. I don’t want their movie, they can eat their movie.
“I don’t want to be around people that don’t want to be around people. Anything you people choose, I’m not really in the mood to watch any movie.”
“How will I go to the movie theater with people I don’t want to be seat with? Is that one not killing myself?
“I don’t know the people that have been called for the movie. I don’t want to indulge with anybody else. People will come to you and be fake, later they’ll be laughing.”
A fellow housemate, Nini, advised her to go because of her friend, Liquorose.
Maria said she would have if it was just the two of them instead of those that were listed to join them.
Recall that Biggie has also issued Maria a strike, including Pere and JMK, and forbids them from partaking in the Head of house game for two weeks. Biggie had also instructed that no immunity or veto power should be granted to them.
The housemates picked by Liquorose eventually enjoyed their movie date.
