Ondo-based veteran journalist, Ayo Ogedengbe, has been reported dead.
Ogedengbe passed away in the early hours of Thursday after a brief illness at his home in Oba-Ile estate, Akure.
His shocking demise was confirmed by Bode Famose and Seun Adetola of the National Orientation Agency and OSRC respectively.
A native of Oke Agbe in the Akoko area in Ondo, Ogedengbe was a seasoned sports presenter.
He worked for many years in the Ondo State Radiovision Corporation (OSRC) before his transferred to the state’s Ministry of Information where he ultimately retired.
