A second case of coronavirus has been confirmed in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
The second case was reportedly discovered at Ijoka area of Akure.
The State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Wahab Adegbenro, made the announcement on Friday evening.
He said the patient has been placed in isolation at the Infectious Disease Hospital, in the state capital.
The Commissioner maintained that four people he had direct contact with have also been isolated.
